Could anybody help.

i can connect to acars and select my flight and start boarding all no problem, but as soon as i try to close boarding i get a meesage say can't connect to fsuipc i beleive i have that right but i'm sure you know what i mean. Anyway it wont start flight tracking and if i try to connect or close acars it starts to flash a message over and over and over again, and i have to shut it down through task manager. i dont know if this had anything to do with it but, i had to do a fresh install of msfsx and i installed xsdk and could not install fsx sp2 update to get xsdk to work. so now i don't show fsuipc on my task bar in fsx. Any help would be great.
